Privacy Policy

This page covers the lybadora.com website only. The Lybadora app handles care data under its own in-app privacy policy, which is separate from this page.
What we collect
If you reserve a place for the launch we store your email address, the time you registered, the page you registered from, the language you were reading in, the time you gave consent and the wording you agreed to. If you arrived through an advertising link, we also keep a record of which campaign brought you here, so we can tell whether that advertising is working. We do not ask for your name, your baby, or any payment details.
Why we collect it
To send you one confirmation email now and one announcement when Lybadora launches on October 31. We do not sell or share this list, and we do not use it for anything else.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the pricing page. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we sent before you did.
How long we keep it
Until the launch communication is complete or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. When you unsubscribe we keep the record that you did, so the address is not silently added back.
Cookies and analytics
We use one cookie to remember your language and one to remember your privacy choices, both required for the site to work. With your permission, given through the cookie banner when you first visit, we may also use analytics and advertising cookies, through Google and Meta, to see how the site performs and measure our own advertising. None of this ever includes anything about a baby: this website does not collect that, from anyone, under any consent. You can change your choice at any time from in the footer.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase) and the mail service that delivers the message, always, to run the service. If you have given analytics or marketing consent, also Google and Meta, and only to measure site performance and our own advertising, never with anything about a baby. Nobody else receives the list.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. The fastest way to stop the emails is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message we send.
