App Privacy Policy

Last updated September 5, 2026

This page covers the Lybadora app: the record you and the people who care for your baby keep inside it. It is separate from the lybadora.com website privacy notice, which covers this website and the pre-launch email list only.

What the app collects

Your account email, and the entries you and your household's caregivers log: sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, milestones, notes and diary entries, plus who logged each entry and when. We collect only what the app needs to keep your baby's record and generate insights from it.

How we use it

To keep your baby's record, show you patterns and changes in it, generate the daily brief and Lyla's answers, and let every caregiver you approve see the same shared picture. We do not use your data to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

Only the caregivers the Parent has approved for your household, and only what their permission level allows. Our infrastructure providers process it to run the service and never see it outside that role. We do not share your baby's record with anyone else.

AI and Lyla

Lyla answers using your own household's logged record. It only ever reads what you are already permitted to see inside your household, the same boundary the app enforces everywhere else, and it never answers using another family's data.

A note about children's data

Lybadora is used by adults to record information about a baby who cannot consent. Accounts are held by the adult caregiver, not the child, and Lybadora is not directed at children as users. Where anything here is unclear, we choose the more private reading.

Your control over it

You can export your baby's logged record or delete your account from within the app at any time, from Settings. Deleting your account deletes your data, and is not a request you have to make of us.

How it is protected

Access to your household's record is enforced at the database level, not only by what the app's screens show, so a caregiver only ever sees what their permission allows. We do not store payment details; subscriptions are handled by the app store you subscribed through.
