These terms cover your use of the lybadora.com website now, and your use of the Lybadora app and Lybadora Premium from launch onward. By using either, you agree to them.
What Lybadora is
Lybadora is a baby tracking app that reads what it records. You and the people who care for your baby log sleep, feeding, diapers, growth and routines, and Lybadora shows you what changed in your baby's own pattern and what might be worth trying next.
Your account
You must be an adult to create a Lybadora account. You are responsible for what is entered under your account and for the accuracy of what you and the caregivers you invite record. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
Lybadora Premium
Lybadora Premium costs $9.99 a month or $89.99 a year, as shown on our pricing page. From launch, a subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and is billed and managed through the app store account you subscribed with. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not affect the period you already paid for.
Medical disclaimer
Lybadora is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice. Insights, patterns and suggestions describe what you logged and are not a substitute for the judgement of your paediatrician or another qualified clinician. Always seek professional advice for any concern about your baby's health.
Acceptable use
Use Lybadora only for its intended purpose: logging and understanding your own baby's care. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another household's record without permission, or treat anything you read in the app as the sole basis for a decision that needs a clinician's judgement.
Your content, our content
The entries, notes and diary content you and your caregivers log belong to your family. The Lybadora app and website, and the patterns and insights Lybadora generates from your entries, belong to Lybadora. You can export your own logged data or delete your account from within the app at any time.
No warranty, limited liability
Lybadora is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for decisions made based on what it shows. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Lybadora changes. If a change is material, we will let registered users know before it takes effect. Continuing to use Lybadora after a change takes effect means you accept it.
